Hello everyone, and welcome to 2026! 

I can hardly believe we've turned the page on another year. For me, a new year always brings fresh energy—new beginnings, new plans, and renewed hope for what lies ahead. 

As I look back on 2025, I'm filled with gratitude. It was an incredibly productive year! I published three books in the Molly McGuire Irish Mystery Series (books 8, 9, and 10), bringing our beloved characters through new adventures in the Emerald Isle. Completing this trio felt like a tremendous accomplishment, and I hope you've enjoyed reading them as much as I enjoyed writing them. 

But that's not all 2025 brought. I also began plotting something completely new—the Cassie Evans Cozy Mystery Series—and I couldn't be more excited to share it with you. 

This new series, still set in the Ireland we both love, follows Cassie Evans on what begins as a personal quest. But after being struck by lightning, she discovers she's been gifted with a mysterious special power. She also acquires an Irish Wolfhound named Skelly, with whom she can communicate telepathically. The twist? Skelly isn't quite what he appears to be, and Cassie's journey becomes far more complicated—and dangerous—once she arrives in Ireland. 

If you're curious about Cassie and Skelly's story, you can read the first chapter at the end of book 10, "Thorns, Roses and Murder." I hope it leaves you eager for more!
